T.J's rookie season was something to celebrate.  He achieved many great and unexpected successes!

At the Delaware annual awards banquet this year T.J's hard work and dedication paid off.

T.J ended up fourth in season points and 2nd in rookie points.  Other than finishing this high in the points, T.J was honored with other awards as well.

Delaware speedway awarded T.J the award for Most Improved Driver and the award for Safest Driver. 

An extra bit of information about these awards is that they were the only awards, other than the sportsman award, that were voted for by the staff and crew of the speedway.  This is just more proof of the positive attention, recognition and respect T.J earned in his first year at Delaware speedway.
